To accomplish the scientific, standard and modern teaching management is the important guarantee of improving the teaching quality. In recent years, WNU, under the guidance of the humanistic concept, namely, “Students Oriented and Teachers Guiding”, actively has explored the management ways and means, to further strengthen the teaching reform, the teaching supervision and the teaching process management, in order to promote the teaching management system at all levels. On the foundation of the long-run practice and exploration, WNU has set up a series of teaching management regulations and guiding documents, and established a series of management techniques which is beneficial to educate, advantageous to improve teaching quality, favorable to bring the teachers’ and students’ activity, enthusiasm and creation into play. Those regulations’ efficient implementation has enhanced the teaching reform and reinforced the teaching standard management of WNU. Judging from the years’ complementation, the teaching management produced a marked effect.
